§ 133.05. PROSTITUTION AND SOLICITATION OF PROSTITUTION.

(A)

It shall be unlawful for any person to practice prostitution in the village.

(B)

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit in the village for the purpose of inducing any person to engage in prostitution or any unlawful sexual intercourse of any kind.
