§ 155.45. LANDSCAPING OF GROUND SIGNS.

Landscaping shall be installed around all ground signs to provide year-round screening of the sign's base/foundation, lighting and electrical connections. Landscape plantings shall be chosen to enhance signage while maintaining a clear view of the sign content.
