§ 155.209. COLORS OF SIGNS.

  • Color of signs shall be complementary and harmonious with the color scheme of the building which the sign identifies. Contrasting colors are appropriate as long as they do not detract from the architectural integrity of the building or the area. The use of garish, brilliant, or fluorescent colors is prohibited.
