§ 35.01. FISCAL YEAR.

(A)

The fiscal year of the village is hereby established as the twelve (12) month period beginning on May 1 and ending on April 30 of the following calendar year.

(B)

Effective December 29, 2012 the fiscal year of the village's hotel and convention center fund shall follow the calendar year with fiscal year 2013 to include the last three (3) days of 2012.
