The building official or the public health officer, and their representatives, shall
have the right and authority, before or after any permit is issued, to enter upon
the real property of the applicant or permittee to inspect any pool and check the
operation thereof to assure compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
The owner, lessee, occupant and all persons operating and using a pool shall cooperate
fully with such inspections and provide pertinent information as requested.
