Any person affected by any final decision, ruling, requirement, rule, regulation,
or order of the director of community development may take an appeal to the village
manager. Such appeal shall follow the procedures as set up in § 110.25, "Denial of a License", of this Code. The village manager's decision shall be final
and may only be appealed to the Circuit Court of Cook County in accordance with applicable
law.
