§ 99.10.01. SCOPE.

A.

Territorial Application: This section applies to, regulates and determines rights, obligations and remedies for a rental dwelling unit located within the village.

B.

Exclusions: The following arrangements are not governed:

1.

Residence at a public or private medical, geriatric, educational, religious, nursing or retirement institution;

2.

Residence in a residential care home; and

3.

Transient occupancy in a hotel or motel licensed by the village.
